Going German!

Updated: Dec 18, 2019

With the new season just around the corner, it's important to look ahead, and choose what to do next season! Kabort Motorsport is about to go "Full German" and use a lot of vehicles from Germany. Take a look below to find out what's to come. Also worth noting is that Robin is planning to pull out of Kabort's driver's seat and become a full-time Team Principal.

Audi First and most importantly, is Audi. Not only has Kabort switched from running the Porsche 919 LMP1 car to the Audi R18 LMP1 MAN Not exactly "racing", however with Promods now available for Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer, this gives the opportunity for Robin to drive across Europe to the different race locations. This should expand Kabort's reach into the Euro Truck Simulator 2 market, as well as be interesting because of the pretty views seen. Porsche

Whilst considering which non-endurance series he'd like to do next season (as he plans to become a full time Team Principal), Robin stumbled upon the Porsche 911 Cup. After a little bit of practice, he said that he thoroughly enjoys "the speed, the sound, the difficulty to drive and the closeness of the battling". As improvement with the Porsche can be made and the Audi's "SHIFT" Screen is unavoidable, it is likely that Truswell will drive in the Porsche 911 Cup Series for 2020 - so long as a new championship doesn't take his interest. In a "last second shout" almost half the team said they would thoroughly like to drive the Porsche 911 RSR - and, being the team principal he is, Robin allowed it. Mercedes

There were thoughts about running a Mercedes AMG GT3 for the winter Nurburgring 24 Hours, but they fell through.
