A Wild & Wacky Week 13! Day 6 - Back At Lime Rock
I love Lime Rock Park - it's got a good, flowing layout, massive elevation change and it's a blast to see everyone spin out left right and centre. I thought I had my bad luck in the first race, where I collected a pile-up (rolling 1 car in a minor way)...but Lime Rock Park wanted to still have revenge on me for managing to finish on the podium in Season 1 (never stood on a podium since) Lights out, away we go, pretty neatly, a little "bump of re-assurance" from behind before someone up ahead spun out. and unfortunately rolled into me. Somehow the steering wasn't ruined - but I carried on.... the odd thing was - I got lapped by 12 of the 14 cars ahead of me - which I found rather odd as it was a 15 minute race - and I was lapped....
Next up is the season Finale at Laguna Seca...this can only go well....
